Heat water in a 4-5 quart pan till boiling. Add two packages of spiral pasta, natural, not vegtable flavors.
Use Iron skillet or non stick skillet heat pan with about 2 1/2 tablespoons of light olive oil When pan and oil is hot add two coarsely chopped med-lg onions. Add 2 pounds of ground beef. Chunk it into different sizes, some tablespoon size. Salt and Pepper (coarse black pepper). Sprinkle to taste with garlic salt. Sprinkle liberly with chilli pepper. When meat is browned and cooked, add 2 cans of diced tomatoes with chillies. Turn on low until noodles are done. Stir into the meat and tomato mix. Serve hot.
5-6 cups sliced yellow summer squash start iron or nonstick skillet add light olive oil whip 3 large eggs in small bowl and pour over squash. Stir Dump in skillet and stir once salt and pepper ( large coarse pepper flakes) Add 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour and fold into squash. Add Johnnies garlic seasoning use turner to lift and turn squash fry to a nice brown highlights, evenly, till squash has cooked, but not completely dry. Serve warm
