yellow summer squash fry

5-6 cups sliced yellow summer squash
start iron or nonstick skillet
add light olive oil
whip 3 large eggs in small bowl and pour over squash.
Stir
Dump in skillet and stir once
salt and pepper ( large coarse pepper flakes)
Add 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour and fold into squash.
Add Johnnies garlic seasoning
use turner to lift and turn squash
fry to a nice brown highlights, evenly, till squash has cooked, but not completely dry.
Serve warm
